Our Leadership Team

 Dedicated to empowering individuals through employment coaching and education, Heather seamlessly transitioned into her role as the CEO of NORCAL Engineering in 2023. This geotechnical engineering company was co-founded by her father, and now, Heather combines her passion for professional development with her commitment to advancing the engineering industry. She holds a Master's degree in educational leadership and administration from Lamar University, along with a B.S. degree from Chapman University. 

Keith has been with NORCAL Engineering for 34 years and is a Registered Geotechnical and Civil Engineer.  He graduated from Kansas State University with a B.S. in civil engineering and from the University of Illinois with an M.S. in geotechnical engineering.

Scott has his B.S. in Geology from The Ohio State University and has been with NORCAL Engineering for 33 years.

Mike has been part of NORCAL Engineering since 2003 and has been involved in residential, commercial and industrial projects across Southern California.  

Peter has been with NORCAL Engineering since 2005 and has been involved in multiple airport, hospital, commercial, industrial, and residential projects across Southern California.
